The taste is surprisingly good for a casein protein, and it mixes much smoother than most I’ve tried. I like taking it at night because it keeps me full and helps curb late-night snacking, and I’ve noticed better muscle recovery the next morning. It’s also easy on the stomach — no bloating or heaviness. Overall, this is a high-quality casein at a very fair price, and I’ll definitely keep buying it.

I had to ask a lot just to figure out how to take the spoon, so it would have been better if it was visible or in an open/test-style position from the start. Other than that, it's a good product overall.

In my opinion, probably the best tasting, most cost efficient Casein based protein powder. It's great for feeding your muscles overnight. I'd rather have chocolate goat milk, but that's not always possible.
