well it depends on what you mean by "two of these hooked up together". Firstly having two of these amps would need two power inputs and two audio inputs. Powering isn't the issue as you'd have two separate adapters for that. For audio inputs using Bluetooth you can't connect your source (phone or laptop) to two different amps via bluetooth at the same time. But you can use a 3.5 mm Audio jack splitter to connect to both amps. Or if you have to power 4 speakers through one amp you can just connect 2 speakers to each of the right and left channels of the amp. I hope that answers the question

Yes it can just do not plug in an auxiliary because it will reset the whole thing basically and then you have to how go through the whole Bluetooth process setup again so just leave it on bluetooth

can I connect two BT phones at one time and switch between them to play music? or does it remember last device and won't allow switching unless reset?

I believe it pairs with only one device at a time.
