This is excellent, and comes ready assembed, all you need to do is feed the water pipe down the centre. I found the hose pops off if the pressure is too high, but I turned it down and still it was fine connected to my tap at ground level and took the brush up a 7m scaffolding tower and cleaned my solar panels, very very good.

Arrived today and used to clean a full array of solar panels, some skylights and a small conservatory roof. It is a little heavy at full extension particularly when lifting it off a surface at full to move to another (think panels on a second roof with different pitch) but it held together even at maximum reach and didn’t feel like it was going to snap. The water fed system didn’t work with my Hose-link connector so I needed to replace that with the one supplied. My only gripe is the poor quality of instructions that arrived. No contact details or opportunities to purchase, say, a soap dispenser, which in hindsight might have been a sensible purchase. That, and the lack of apparently available parts as described. All said, it did a really good job and I am pleased with the purchase. My panels are far more efficient now the green is removed and the conservatory considerably brighter.

Quality piece of kit. No poles to snap together or loose.. yes it’s a bit bendy at full height but at 7.5m what do you expect. I was paying £50 for a window cleaner. 2 cleans and it’s paid for itself. I’ve added a soap dispenser and that fits on just fine.

Bought to replace our previous one, this is way better. Last one filled the tube with water, this one fills a small pipe which runs through the pipe, therefore no leakage. Water comes out of holes in the brush head and even when it was fully extended, the pressure was there to do the job. It even reached over our conservatory to reach a bedroom window. It’s not particularly cheap, but it’s worth the money to get the job done properly, very effective. It’s heavy, but not overly. I’m a woman in my 60s and managed to cope.

Easy to put together and does the job. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is it is flimsy and brass tap does come away from from the plastic hose connection iof not handled gently
