Elbow Brace, Adjustable Neoprene Support Wrap for Joint, Arthritis Pain Relief, Tendonitis, Wrap for Golfers, Sports Injury Recovery for Men and Women (Black)

Several years ago, while working with stainless steel, a very difficult metal to build with, I tore the tendons in my right arm. This injury resulted in my right arm being stuck in a permanent upbent position, even after a year of physical therapy, thus it required surgery to allow me to finally straighten my arm out and make it useful again (I am right-handed, BTW, so it was a difficult year). Ever since, unfortunately, when I use my right arm to lift something slightly heavy or use it for too long of a time, it can cause me a lot of pain. I have used compression sleeves, surgical wraps, ice packs and ice baths, even some oddball "supposed" remedies, but nothing really helped or only gave very brief relief. What I wanted -- what I needed -- was something that would help to prevent reinjuring my arm while allowing me to do my normal activities, such as handyman work for clients, working out at the gym, practicing martial arts, holding the kids for an extended time, etc. I may have found just what I was looking for in a brace. This adjustable elbow brace is fairly simple to put on and adjust, and it feels very comfortable yet quite firm. I can feel the support as I bend my elbow and when it is straight. The neoprene fabric material has tiny holes throughout to allow my arm to breathe, and stretches to accomodate every movement and wearing while still holding pressure where I need it. The velcro strips are sufficient to hold throughout my workouts no matter what I am doing, and I have never worried about them slipping or coming off. The outer material is soft, even covering the velcro patches underneath, which is very important also because nobody wants to get scratched by the velcro or the brace itself while walking, running, whatever. I will update this review again later if my opinion changes or this brace fails, but for now it is a definite winner in my book. I wish it were a bit less bulky, but the compression and fit might not be up to the level it is, if it were made with thinner neoprene or another material altogether. A+

I was very satisfied with this product. I suffer from golfers elbow and after a couple of weeks of wearing this support I was feeling instant relief of pain and stress on my elbow. I highly recommend this product.

My Mom ilkes this sooo much better than the products from Walgreens. Far better quality and more comfy. The cloth is a bit higher in quality than Walgreens and walmart. give it a try!

Braces, no matter how stretchy the material is used, and how many ties and bands they have, cannot be one size for all. Hopefully this is just a trial run of your product, and you do or will offer various sizes in the long run. I do have to point out in my photo that in order to DIY, one has to stick his arm through the black polyester sleeve attached, so the brace will be stabilized on your arm before your do the wrapping of the 2 Velcro flaps. I happen to have the right size of arm girth and length that the brace fits snuggly on me. It's comfortably tight, soft to feel and supportive. I might have to wear it many times to see how it works out.

Brace provides good compression, and with the hook and loop wraps on each end allow you to make it as tight as you like. Quite comfortable.

The product never applied proper pressure or support to my injury. After a week the material became stretched out.

I do not consider myself a small person, but I am only 5'1", but I have an average build. This was so big!! I couldn't get it around my arm tightly enough by myself, and I don't want to find someone to help me out it on every time I need to use it. I'd say this would fit a medium sized man or larger the best.
