Lasting well for the money
So far been using these a few months and they are still holding up well even with aggressive eaters . PITA to get the hay in them but that’s the case with every bag I’ve ever had

A Winner
My horse and I both love this hay bag. He'll empty it rather than clean up a another flake on the floor. No hay wasted! I hang it so it's eye-height for the horse. It holds two flakes, and gives my guy hay to nibble all day or night. I fill it with handfuls of loose hay and it helps to roll the top edge over to make a better opening since the bag has no structure.

Weaver makes a better quality hay bag
I bought this for my goats and horses. I found the drawstring to be much poorer quality when compared to the weaver slow feed nets i had previously purchased. My goat got her horn stuck in it and destroyed the bag within a week. Works great for horses. Not recommended for horned goats. My replacement hay bag will be from Weaver as I believe they are better quality. There is a good chance my horses would’ve torn through the tough 1 hay bag with their teeth

The hanging strings broke within a month of purchase, but were easily replaced with hay string when I was no longer able to knot them effectively. Otherwise, I would recommend for horses that don't need to be super restricted. The holes are still pretty large-- I had to find a net with 1" holes for my nimble-lipped miniature donkey who figured out how to pull every bit of his hay out of this net and drop it on the floor of his stall...thus defeating its purpose.

Tough 1 Slow Feed Hay Bag
I love it. My mares are messy and hold a lot of flakes. I might sew some webbing on the top for easier opening and for easier hanging as well. Just hard with the snow and rain to put hay in it, as I just at this point and time have portable stalls. Thank you.

I have a barn with 30 horses and we feed in hay nets in stalls at all times. I bought several of this brand and unfortunately they are very weak. They are nice and large but holes stretch out and with every day use they break.

Works great
My horses really do mimic eating grass using the hay bag. It slows down their eating time and they will even walk away for awhile and come back.

Bought this for my dairy goats and I find it to be quite strong and durable so far. I had purchased one from the store and it was complete garbage. Will purchase another one of these.

I bought 5 of these bags for a camping/trail riding trip to lee our horses busy when they were just standing around and allow them to eat most of the day. 3 hay bags broke within 2 hours of using them and the other 2 broke by the second day. These are not durable and I would not recommend.

First time farmer here - Did it's purpose, but not for small livestock, had miniature goats and they couldn't eat fast enough for the winter and we lost one... Now my Ted is without his Bill... Not most excellent.

Works great for my goats they waste less hay and makes feeding easy down side it made of light soft twine we will have to see how durable it is over time but a cheap and simple way to feed my goats
