This was for my husbands Christmas gift. He absolutely loves it. Just wish it would have come with another battery pack.

OK , BUT MILWAUKEE MUCH BETTER FOR PRETTY MUCH SAME PRICE
This one and Milwaukee mid torque have same specs but with Milwaukee I was able to remove tougher bolts. Returned Kobalt back to big box blue store. unless if you are already invested in Kobalt cordless buy Milwaukee , you can get it for less on other sites and it is lighter than Kobalt with pretty much same capability's. But Kobalt is not bad, will do the job as well

It did it with ease.
Working on a transmission replacement on my 1996 explorer I came to a pretty sizeable impasse with the exhaust removal, dousing the utah rusted bolts in PB Blaster, Liquid Wrench, using a 4 foot breaker bar and my smaller bostitch impact (even a torch), I was left defeated, I saw this on sale at the blue roof store & found my salvation. It made exceptionally quick work of the rust-welded exhaust and everything was out and free in any hour.Proof that the right tool can make all the difference, & in my case, the Kobalt 24v 1/2 impact was the right tool.Cons-clunkylarge & kinda heavynot ideal for tight spaces by any measure, plan on using extensions & uni-wiggles for anything not in the wide open like a lug nut.Pros-the price point for the advertised torque rating if you grab it on sale.It made quick work of a job that was giving me hell for days, I'll see how it goes with tearing out the suspension on the actual project car, not the broken down daily, & I'll update accordingly.
