Flavor is great. Tried OTC vitamins from boz stores in the past and bloodwork was always off. Endocrinologist recommended this brand and since I switched I had no issues with bloodwork! Quality vitamins. Highly recommend for the bariatric patient.

I had gastric sleeve in 2020 and these have been a lifesaver. Every time I've been taking the Bariatric Advantage vitamins and have gone to get my blood drawn to test levels I always have excellent reading on all of my tests. These multivitamins are Wondeful. They don't leave a bad aftertaste in your mouth and are not super powdery and dry like some others. I have tried capsules and many others and all have failed in comparison to the absorption level for me. TIP: split up the dosage to 2x a day instead of 2 at a time. Works great.

So yes, I will agree with everyone in the bottle they smell absolutely horrendous!!! But they taste good and aren’t too chalky! I’m pre-opt GBS so I’m getting my intake requirements in. What I do and would recommend is, taking them out the bottle, airing them out for 10-15 seconds and then switch hands and put them in your mouth. These gets rid of the smell and easier to get the over the mental portion of eating these. I’d also recommend washing your mouth out after sometime (not immediately) because they do keep a flavor in your mouth! But that said they are doing their job and were highly recommended by my bariatrics doctor office.

I am preparing to have bariatric surgery in January 2026. So, I bought these to start taking. These remind me of a Fruity Peebles taste with a background medicinal/vitamin taste. I definitely recommend these to those looking for a bariatric vitamin.
