This is the first time I’m trying glass noodles and I love it. It has slight sweetness and tastes real good. 5-6 minutes to cook and very easy to cook. I love the texture of the noodles.

When I received the sweet potato glass noodles they were just 6 weeks away from the expiration date. When I opened the package the noodles smelled stale so I just composted them.

i used to spend 20$ on ONE SERVING of japchae at my favorite restaurant, now I make it at home for the same but I have meals for the entire week!! These noodles are so yummy and i cook them and top it with spinach, peppers and onion and it’s 1000/10. I just would make sure to rinse them with cold water but the instructions are perfect to a T they’re so tasty (i like to cook them in a little bit of water with soy sauce for extra flavor)
