Perfect for japchae
The texture is honestly the best part — super chewy and bouncy without getting mushy. They hold up really well when you stir-fry them and don’t fall apart. The taste is pretty neutral, which is good because they soak up whatever sauce you use. I made japchae and they absorbed all the flavor perfectly. I can see these working great in soups or other stir-fry dishes too, so they’re really versatile. They’re also easy to prep. Just soak and boil, and they cook evenly without sticking together too much. No weird smell or anything either — just good quality noodles. For the price, I think it’s a solid deal. You get a good amount, and the quality feels better than some other brands I’ve tried. I’d definitely buy these again

Love, love, love these! I'm grain free so have to watch noodles ingredients. With doing so I've had some really nasty noodles through the years. These taste amazing!! If they weren't so expensive I'd ditch all my other fake noodles and just eat these.

Smelled stale
When I received the sweet potato glass noodles they were just 6 weeks away from the expiration date. When I opened the package the noodles smelled stale so I just composted them.

Perfect Healthy Alternative!
i used to spend 20$ on ONE SERVING of japchae at my favorite restaurant, now I make it at home for the same but I have meals for the entire week!! These noodles are so yummy and i cook them and top it with spinach, peppers and onion and it’s 1000/10. I just would make sure to rinse them with cold water but the instructions are perfect to a T they’re so tasty (i like to cook them in a little bit of water with soy sauce for extra flavor)
