I use chia seeds in my smoothies. These are excellent quality and buying in bulk minimizes the cost per serving. I keep them refrigerated for freshness. I would buy these again! Smoothie tip: Soak the chia seeds for 10-20 minutes in whatever liquid you use in your smoothies. The seeds transform to a tapioca-like consistency - a great thickener in addition to being nutritious!

The item is great but the packaging was not. It came in a large envelope with a nightgown and the seed was spilled in the envelope. I would suggest a tight box of some type to the seller. Shipping was great price excellent . If packaging was different I'd definitely order again.

The quality seems good and they taste fine. I'm taking away 1 star simply because there's a weirdly large amount of static in the bag to the point that the chia seeds jump around and I almost thought there were bugs at first. But after watching closely for several minutes, there is nothing alive in this bag and everything tastes fine.

Its a lot for a price!!

I was not prepared for a 4lbs bag. It is huge and will last months.
