To me this is the best adult diaper to buy. I haven't had any leakage problems and it does hold to 6 cups of liquid. I would recommend this for adults with incontinence.

So I am a petrified flyer and have to take long flight frequently . I pass out at every take off no matter what I try to combat it. I purchased these for that. Yes, my bladder is out when I am. Like during a seizure my bladder just lets loose when I go unconscious I do prepare before had but have also lost consciousness during turbulence so it’s just a smart thing to do. These absorbe like crazy. I wear a move snug pair of Lycra pants so no leaks and have yet to have an issue. Life savers!

Best diaper ever, been incontinent for years, has been the most 6 cups of liquid has been a great support, no other diapers can hold 6 cups. Comfortable too. Just lately I ve put on more weight and find I need Large. Can relie on this brand.

I gave it 4 stars, not because it's not a good product, but because it's a nice product. The reason for this is that the four-star rating is based on price. Other products perform equally or better at a lower price. Tens is a product that performs well, if not better, at a lower price. Because it costs more than a dollar a unit, that's too much for what you get. Got to ChatGPT and researched other products.

Unfortunately, when you get older, your bladder is one of the first things quit working. However, I had no idea that this kind of item existed. I was going through depends like crazy. I live in my car, and it gets cold. And of course the only time I've got to go to the bathroom is at night. These have been a lifesaver to me. They depends were not holding up, as they're not made to hold up to use at night or with lots of urine. I recently was able to get a bathroom can put in my car so that I could go to the bathroom instead of having to drive somewhere and find a bathroom. I can now sleep, knowing that I have these. I originally bought the bigger size and I would leak through them if I slept on my side. So I thought I would get a size smaller to see if that helped. And boy has it helped! Between the smaller size and the potty pads, I am not having to scrub my car seats as often. Since I got the smaller size, I've only had two incidents that these leaked. The first incident was not fault of the diaper, rather the fault of the user being lazy and hoping that I didn't have more fluid that I had. I did notice that if you don't leave these tightly in the bag that they came in, that they will not stay up as well on my stomach. So now I keep them in the bag, and I bought a large rubber band that I can carry two or three of them at arms reach. The other thing that I noticed is if I sleep on my back, these aren't long enough if the urine goes in your butt crack! If that happens, then you got a mess. So I don't sleep on my back. I know this is TMI, and there's probably a better way that I could have put the explanations, but maybe you can laugh. The reviews are needed for products and they get boring after a while. I hope this helps you out in determining that these are a good brand and I do recommend them.

These are probably the best pull ups I've found so far, but not well designed for men. Positives: I wear a 46 pant, so according to the size chart, I should wear a large, almost XL. It says if you are between sizes to size down so I went with large. They fit well and stay put. The absorbancy and capacity is pretty good, and these are the only pull ups I've found with standing leak guards. Negatives: In order to accommodate male anatomy, the product needs to be wider in front so it can come up around the privates more. Moving too much will pull those leak guards down too far and allow leaks when flooding happens. Also, being that urine comes out in front on men, the absorbant material really needs to come up higher. I find urine is hitting right at the top of the absorbant material unless the pull up is carefully adjusted first. Overall, this is a good product that just does not work for me and I suspect will not work for most large men.

I purchased these for my mom because the store brands were not absorbent enough. She was waking up wet or soiled during the night or having accidents during the day and messing up her clothes. These diapers work perfectly and she has had no mishaps with her clothing during the day. While she still wakes up at night, its for a diaper change, but no leaking is occurring. This is a great product that works!

Works well. The leg part is larger than I would like. Meets my need.

I bought these for nighttime wear for my elderly mother-in-law. They are by far, the best fit and absorbency of anything else she has tried. (And she has tried 3 other kinds from the local medical supply store, as well as Kirkland brand) No more doubling up of cheaper pull ups, no more leaks and extra laundry the next morning. The higher price and import fee is worth it for this Canadian customer. We are now buying the case of 80, which will save us some money. I’d highly recommend these.

The underwear fits snugly around legs and lasts through the night. Best adult absorbent underwear around.

Since I received the last order in December 2025, the quality of these have gone from a 5 star to a 1 star. They no longer absorb fluids, it sits on top of the pads and ends up having the urine running down your leg! I have had to reinforce these with absorbent liners and they are the only thing that seems to actually hold any liquid! DO NOT BUY THESE! Unless they go back to the previous format I will never buy this product again!!
