For, me this product is a tool, not a crutch, in my fitness journey. When I first purchased this, back in August, my husband and I were on an RV trip and still drinking wine, and as one other reviewer stated, mixing this product and wine does make you sick. Not a bad thing, but sick. So I stopped using the product while we were still on our RV trip. However, in September we both gave up wine, and dialed in on our fitness and nutrition. 4 days ago I started back up on this, and I can honestly tell you, it does help me extremely with respect to only eating when I am hungry (no head hunger or food noise) resulting in no snacking. I do get full faster, and really do not think about food at all. I have lost 3 lbs in 4 days on this product BUT I believe that is also do to giving up Wine, and exercising ever day. Again a tool in my toolbox, not a crutch. I highly recommend this product to assist you with mindless eating and the ability to sense when you are hungry and stopping when you are full. Blessings.

I've been trying to submit a review for this product for three weeks! Not sure why the previous versions haven't been posted... I wanted to lose 10 pounds so decided to try this to cut out the afternoon snacking and to eat less at dinner... it doesn't work! It gave me terrible food poisoning like stomach cramps, diarrhea, I was bloated and looked 5 months pregnant, and didn't curb my appetite at all! In fact, I was hungry an hour after dinner which usually I am not! I also paradoxically gained 2 pounds even though I had diarrhea. The stomach cramps scared me the most though, not everything should be digested just because it's plant based. You also can't return it! I'm gonna have to throw away what I have left! Waste of money! Seriously, just put a padlock on your pantry and throw away the key. It'll be more effective than this useless potentially harmful pill!

So I’ve tried basically every supplement that promises to help with appetite and metabolism? Most of them either do nothing or make me feel like I just drank six espressos. 🙃 This one—Calocurb GLP-1 Activator—is different. First off, it actually works with your body instead of against it. In a recent fall, I fractured my humerus bone in my right leg. I regularly exercise and 2 days a week I work in a standing job. So to be housebound and sitting all day with the exception of hourly stand, stretch and walk utilizing a walker. I purchased this product to slow down my eating. It has worked beautifully. No side effects but no desire for snacking or eating as much. So thankful that when I fully recover, I will definitely not have gained weight. Yippee

I ordered this from Amazon because it ships faster than calocurb website. But I didn’t notice any difference in my appetite. And it didn’t reduce cravings at all. Very disappointing. I read the research and was hopeful. The side effect was diarrhea. I tried for 3 months but didn’t notice any change.

I was expecting more appetite control. I felt like maybe the first few days it seemed to curb my cravings and appetite but really for the price point it didn't meet my expectations. I was really hoping it would have worked for me!

I don't leave many reviews but I think this product deserves one. I wasn't overly optimistic about what it would do but had an open mind and have been pleasantly surprised. I am only on my second bottle but clearly it has affected my brain/body relationship with food somehow. I "graze" less and don't seem to be constantly looking for something to eat....that voice in my head is quieter (don't know where it came from in the first place!) . It is subtle but effective. I don't weigh myself so can't comment on that but I do feel that my clothes are more comfortable....and it is just nice to NOT have food on my mind all of the time. It does work best if taken on an empty stomach as directed. I did not experience any side effects.

After listening to a podcast and reading some reviews online, I thought I'd give this a try as an alternative to the insanely expensive prescription weight loss products that so many people I know are losing weight on. It really sounded like it had all of the same benefits but at a fraction of the cost, and it's all natural. I was totally expecting some of the gastric discomfort that so many others have experienced, especially since I sometimes have digestive issues. Instead, the only side effect I had was that I "spaced out" twice while driving, completely forgetting where I was going for a couple seconds, not once, but twice. I notice shortly after taking just one (I never got to two), I felt foggy and completely out of it. This may be due to the whole gut/brain connection. Unfortunately, I can't return this and now I'm out over $80. I would not recommend this to anyone.
