I was so excited to get this product that I took it the same day I got it. After about 3/4 hours I was sent into an anxiety attach while driving my car. I literally felt like a I was dying . This was that scariest moment of my entire life . I was able to call an ambulance before passing out. The ER doctor said that the "supplements" don't have to be FDA regulated because it is labeled as a supplement and that many of these pills come from China. THIS IS A CAFFIENE PILL!!!! Be careful .

I've taken these for a long time now and they still work well with appetite suppression. I don't get jittery at all like some others I've tried. In the beginning I lost over 20 pounds when I combined this with their Carbitrex product and added 3 days a week of exercise. I haven't really fluctuated weight in about to year staying on this same routine but I do have my pizza cheat days once a week and that's just to keep my sanity. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this one.
