It could be worse! But tolerable. Its easier than pills, faster absorption because its liquid. I 81 yrs old so I have to say its my 5th bottle and it does make a difference.

HAIR GROWTH and GREAT SKIN and ENERGY
Forget about pills, I have read and was told by a couple natural paths, that only 10% of pills are absorbed by the body. Liquids are so much more effective! I have noticed after 3 months worth...3 bottles of this... faster hair growth, more hair, beautiful clear skin, and lots of energy! I take this one in the mornings, and I take the same brand but the Magnesium/Calcium blend and sleep like a baby. My husband is also on these two products, and his shaking leg syndrome is GONE! He has all the same benefits I been getting by only taking ONE TABLESPOON daily, as this is all that is needed! You do not need more! He is a big guy too, 190 lbs. We are both only 57 years young :) You do not need a bunch of bottles of this and that, keep it simple, and your body will love you for it. I HIGHLY recommend this stuff!! I have the same reaction each time I take it
I am uncertain what ingredient or combination could trigger coughing and copious phlegm. Given a COPD diagnosis I am apparently not a candidate for its good benefits, given my vulnerability.. I have given it a week, and it does this every time. Tossing it is regrettable yet advised.
