If you're looking to add some excitement and laughter to your adult game nights, look no further than the Pick Your Poison Card Game: After Dark Edition. This game is an absolute blast and has become a favorite among my friends and me. The concept is simple - players take turns drawing cards that present them with two outrageous scenarios, and they must choose which one they would rather do. These scenarios are bold, daring, and sometimes downright ridiculous, making for endless entertainment and hilarious discussions. What sets the After Dark Edition apart is its daring and risqué content. The questions and challenges delve into the realm of adult humor and push the boundaries, making it perfect for a fun-filled evening with friends who are open-minded and not afraid to get a little wild. The game is incredibly easy to pick up, making it suitable for players of all experience levels. The cards are well-designed, and the instructions are straightforward, ensuring that the focus remains on the hilarity and spontaneity of the game. One of the best aspects of this game is how it brings out everyone's personalities and reveals their hidden preferences and quirks. The revelations and surprising choices often lead to fits of laughter and memorable moments that you'll be talking about long after the game is over. The variety of scenarios keeps the game fresh and exciting, ensuring that every round is unique and keeps the energy high. It's also a fantastic ice-breaker for parties or gatherings, allowing guests to connect and bond over the shared laughter and unforgettable experiences. Pick your poison carefully!
Adult card game of “what would you rather do”? Perfect for parties or game night. 3 or more players compete to create hard to beat scenarios using two poison cards. The game will have you giggling and evoke conversation as everyone reveals their “poison” they’ve chosen. It’s a great gift and value for the money. Def a fun game!

Fun competitive game for Game Night.
Great game for game night. I received this game yesterday and I and my group of friends have absolutely loved. The cards are hilarious and the game extremely dynamic and competitive. The game begins with the judge picking one of their cards as option A. The group then submits their cards for the judge to pick option B. Whoever submitted card B gets a point. The players then all vote whether they'd rather A or B. If its unanimous the judge loses 2 points (incentivizes the judge to pick even cards). If its a tie the judge gets 3 points. Otherwise all players in the majority get 1 point and 0 for the minority. The doubledown card makes things extremely interesting since if you feel confident in being part of the majority you can double down your points, but if you are in the minority you loose the card. Overall its an amazing, competitive, and dynamic game that we loved. I've never been a fan of cards against humanity because it feels kind of one dimensional. This game is more complex and just gives players more involvement and opportunities to participate.

Fun but beware, there are seriously unfunny cards too
So this game has some really funny moments but whoever wrote the cards should be fired. We had to remove several cards from the game that were not funny, quite harmful, and would have ruined the evening had they been played. Some subjects are too delicate to be made into a drinking game... for instance: the death of someone from an overdose. It’s just not funny, no matter what. So, my recommendation is to preview the cards and remove ones that would upset your guests before the game begins. Otherwise, you might risk deeply upsetting someone. The majority of the cards are awkward, uncomfortable, gross, or some combination of all bad things imaginable. It can be really fun. I would play it again only after sifting through it.

Good for large groups and is a refreshing twist on games with similar mechanics.
This game is very similar to cards against humanity (or even apples to apples for the younger crowd) but I think it may even be better for larger groups. We always like to play CAH because there aren't a lot of games that can handle more than 6 people. If someone brings an extra person or 2 to a game night, the group either has to split up or a few people will feel left out. I've been on a hunt for more games that can handle 10+ people or utilize teams because of this. However, with CAH we have noticed if you have a larger group (more than 10) it can become un-manageable because rounds take a while (especially with booze) and people get bored waiting for their turn to be judge. Sometimes I've noticed that people will start to tune out if their cards aren't getting picked or if the some judges aren't picking the funnier cards (humor is relative). This game ads another layer of interaction after the judge reveals the winning card each round - the entire group must answer the horrible question. This extra layer of humor by answering the question kept our group more engaged when people don't have the same humor or ick factors. Also - People who would normally tune out mid rounds were more involved and would start defending their answers. We did a game of 12 last night with this game and everyone was engaged the entire time. Sometimes a hand will happen that is kind of boring (maybe the judge doesn't pick the card that the majority agrees with) and everyone will vote the same way in response. The addition of the double down factor helped keep people excited about winning the lousy round. I'd say the NSFW edition is just that. It's a lot of body parts, sexual taboos, and bodily fluids but both decks are fun. Obviously there aren't as many cards as CAH yet but I think this game is a refreshing new twist.

Unhinged!
You never really know what level your getting when you buy these sorts of games because the example cards shown on the box are always pretty tame, but trust, this game is unhinged and will have you all gagging and having the wildest discussions or why you’re making the choices you are and what is the lesser of two evils. A totally disgusting riot for adult game night, and you’ll really find out how deranged your friends really are. BUY IT. So many laughs.
