GoFit Resistance Band

Prefect band for multiple work out uses-stretching, pull up assist, etc very thick.

Love this extra long band. I can do all type of exercises especially my leg exercises since I have been at home instead of at the gym due to covid 19. Leg extensions etc & even arm exercises. I wish I bought one a long time ago.

I wish it had come with some more instructional exercises, there is a book. There aren't many videos or exercises on the Internet for this type of band. I like this kind mor than the handled kind, they are stronger. It is just a giant rubber band. Thie green go fit band is heavy size for me, I would like to start with something lighter and work my way up to this medium strength size. Buy a door attachment separately.

I’ve used all of Go-Fit loops. I think they are top quality and the workouts amazing. I like them so much, I give them out as gifts.

This product emits a chemical odor. Is this normal? Contacted the company, odor will dissipate over time. really appreciated the very timely response. Product works great.

I have a bunch of GoFit bands and they're very durable. This one had barley been used and snapped while I was using it. Unfortunate, but disappointing.
