Let me start by saying I fully expected this to be rejected on sight. BUT Goodles Cheddy Mac pulled off the impossible: it has good ingredients, protein, and my kid ate the whole bowl and told me it was “actually really good.” I’m still processing. It tastes like real, classic mac and cheese—not like something that secretly hates children because it’s “healthy.” Creamy, cheesy, comforting… yet somehow sneaks in nutrition without announcing itself. So yes, this is a win. A rare, glorious win where I feel good about what I’m serving and my kid doesn’t ask for a backup meal. Stocking up now before they realize it’s better for them and change their mind.

This tastes really, really close to the classic kraft mac n cheese. The flavor is yummy and plentiful, not bland. The texture is as you would expect, about the same as kraft. I appreciate the protein and nutrients that let me eat it without guilt and provide some sustenance to my body rather than the empty carbs a usual box of mac would have. I appreciate the low GI impact, as I've tried Banza protein mac resulting in stomach issues. Goodles mac does not poorly affect my belly.

Tasty Mac and cheese. Healthier and lighter than most instant Mac and cheese. Good protein content. Nice texture and flavor Looking forward to trying different flavors

This product is delicious and a much healthier alternative to the other brands I have tried. I find it easy to prepare with minimal ingredients although adding cottage cheese and milk enhances the flavor!

Love them better than Kraft Mac and Cheese! Better for you too! Texture is the same as any Mac and cheese. Taste great.

This is SO YUMMY… like…. It doesn’t taste like it should be healthy bc it’s so yummy… If you like craft mac & cheese This taste like that but less salty and a more rounded flavor.

We did a test and compared this to Kraft and made one box of each. We both thought the Goodles was more cheesy than the Kraft but thought the Kraft was creamier. Overall I preferred the Goodles and the wife preferred the Kraft. In the future we will stick to the Kraft as they were both good but the Goodles made less and was $0.50 an ounce, while the Kraft is $0.17 per ounce. To us, it is not worth the extra price. Note: We made it adding the optional butter and it was still less creamy than Kraft (which calls for more butter).

I enjoy Cheesey pasta so when I heard about Goodles being similar but with more nutrition, I bought a pack to try. It doesn't taste like our cheesey pasta, it does have a more American cheese taste but I found it nice. I added some extra cheese in and two pepperamis, just as I do for regular cheesey pasta and it was great. I kinda thought it might taste weird due to the extra nutrients but I genuinely couldn't tell it was 'healthy'. The only downside is the price, due to it being an import (I think) it is expensive. Like it's a quality box cheesey pasta but for the price, I'll only buy it once in a blue moon
