Do not use if you are dependent on your radio for your music and news. This will make it sound worse. It looks really good, though, which is the point.

The product itself is sleek and great looking, however, the reception for AM and FM is horrible. I had my suspicion that this might not work as well as stock, but moved forward with the purchase since we mostly use Satellite Radio and my phone for our entertainment needs. If you are purchasing this item for the purpose of functionality, then don't. If you are purchasing this item because of the looks and don't really care about function, then this is the item for you.

So far so good. Nice quality.

Easy to install. I bought this because I had to bend the whip antenna to cover my bike. It works great for when I do listen to the radio. I haven't experienced and static or fading with this yet so, so far so good. Worth the money.
