Helped me to quit smoking for good. Tried other products in the past with no effect. I’ve smoked for 24yrs and this has helped me to stop for good. Takes off cravings quickly. Spray to the side of your mouth and leave for a minute before swallowing.. Great tasting too. If you’re wanting to stop smoking this is the product for you. A good price if you consider how much you spend on smoking itself. I also purchased a stop smoking necklace which takes off the distraction with your hands and makes your body think you’re smoking when it’s just air. Whilst the spray takes off the cravings the necklace takes your mind off the habit. You can also follow your progress via an app.. All in all a great buy.

Here’s a personal story about quitting smoking that might be helpful to others. Around 11 years ago, I used QuickMist to stop smoking, it took just over a week. Never smoked again. That was until, about six months ago, I made the mistake of picking up the habit again - after I was offered a cigarette or two at a wedding. It didn’t take long to realize that smoking wasn’t financially sustainable (the price of a 20-pack used to be around £7-9 back in 2013, and it's about £18 now) and was taking a toll on my health. I decided to try QuickMist again, and this time it worked even faster. In just two days and with only four sprays, I was able to quit again - It's been about 2 months. Spray it into your mouth and it does something horrible to your mouth and throat with satisfies your craving. It can be a very unnerving feeling the first few times you use it but once you're over it, it's remarkable how quickly it works. One piece of advice: I wouldn’t recommend buying the double pack unless you’re sure you’ll need it—I found that one was more than enough. Also, the SmartTrack feature seems unnecessary, and the app (at least on iPhone) isn’t user-friendly enough to be worth using. If you're trying to quit, QuickMist could be an effective option.

Great flavour and easy to administer. Only issue is I ended up using it more often than smoking towards the end as it was easier to use than smoking as I could do it anywhere. . So ended up going cold turkey after 6-9 months of using nicotine replacement therapy products... This was by far the best out of the others I tried... Gum... Patches... Lozenges ect

Good product works well withing a few seconds. I tried these on subscribe and save then they shot up in price. Sort yourselves out amazon nothing goes up by £5 overnight

The Struggle I have been smoking about 10 cigarettes a day for a while, and like many others, I’ve tried patches and gum with mixed results. The Results: Since using this, I have gone from smoking 10 a day to almost no cravings at all. It broke the psychological habit because I have a physical action to replace the cigarette with. Great way to aid quitting. Have tried a few other products but this one really has helped. Great flavour and not strong. Little tip don’t swallow for at least 1 minute else you might get hiccups

Exactly same as prescription/ bought over the counter but cheaper price. I dont use the smart track as doesnt seem to work well with android .. brings up a page error and doesnt push up the counter but didnt buy for this so not a problem my end
