This hair is beautiful & durable. The twist are consistent and neat. I have ordered this hair twice and each time I receive them, I'm short on twist. It's supposed to be 12 in each pack but I only received 11. It was that way in my last pack. Since Amazon fulfills the order, there's not much that can be done but to send them back.

I've bought this hair a bunch of times, and both the 12 and 18-inch ones were good, depending on how you wanna wear them. This hair is soft and easy to deal with. No smell and no scalp irritation. Definitely one of my faves! 😍

The hair is nice and the color was perfect. Although it seems like a great price it’s not. You need at least two orders of this. Yes you get 9 packs but each has about 12 pieces in there. If you have a smaller head it may work but I barely had enough. Luckily my mother is a stylist so she had some extra. You need at least 12 or more pack depending the style. The first style my mom did was barely enough to cover the top so I switch to the twist up style (picture attached) it barely was enough for this i still needed a little more. I gave it a three star because I love the color, came fast, and it was soft. However, overtime it does tangle a bit nothing too crazy. I would order this again but more so I have enough.
