I almost sent these lights back when I realized that there was only one receiver and one remote. I originally bought these thinking both of my kids could have their own 50 ft string to go around their beds. Since both strings went to one receiver, I decided to just do my daughter's entire room, all the way around by the ceiling. Much to my surprise, one reel covered my daughter's entire room... we even cut off the last section (make sure you cut down the middle of the copper areas). The remote and app both work well. The music beat function works pretty well too, but the flashing started to hurt my brain 🤣. My kids thought it was neat though. Some of the colors are off on the remote, but if you go in the app you can play around with it to get the shade you prefer. My son was so incredibly jealous of his sister's lights that I had to order another one... the 100 ft pack is cheaper than the 50 we probably need, so we are just ordering 100 again and will keep the spare as backup should anything happen. Adhesive seems good, no issues yet... but it's only been a couple of days. So far so good, would highly recommend as of right now!!

Great light strip. Sticks very well and there are lots of options on the remote. Very pleased with my purchase.

I am leaving 5 star's because I don't think these lights are the worst, but they are not great and thus will only get read if it is 5 star's or 1 star. So, these things are $10. That being said when they work the color is bright, vibrant, the options are pretty cool, and everything works. I snapped off a light immediately after instalation. I imagine that this would have happened with any strip, but I hit perfectly with my foot and punted the square piece across the room. After I tried to repair it by splicing in new line. I have done this before and it is begging level stuff. I even had the connectors lying around for the occasion. Thus did not work. After giving that up I used another roll and although the installation was successful, we found that by the next day they were stroking and not working. I believe it is the plug causing the issue now, and the lights kind of randomly blink if messed with. I have 2 kids that also jumped all over them. Again, $10 so really I give these 3 stars.

Love these!!! Ordered some for my daughter's room and they were so easy to install! My son loved them so I ordered some for him too! Tons of color options and you can make the colors brighter or darker. You can also create fun light shows! Would definitely order again.

I’ve been using these strips in my bedroom for 2 years now. Read the pros AND cons!! PROS: cheap (a must for me), bright, variety of color options. I use the different colors as a form of mental conditioning/re-wiring my brain for my night time routine. Yellow means getting ready for bed. Purple means practicing my music. Orange means journaling. I love the dimmer. I dim a few clicks every 10-20 minutes when I get in bed to slowly go from bright orange to the dimmest orange which has conditioned my brain to get tired and go to sleep. Plus, I match it up with the LED strip on my fish tank, so that’s cool. The remote control is… fine. It does the job. CONS: BE CAREFUL with the adhesive. Once that stuff goes on the wall, **it will peel the paint off when you take it off.** This happened in my bedroom and apartment. However, I did find a solution. Instead of using the adhesive, I use thumb tacks to tack it up around my room. I don’t tack through the actual strip, I use flat tacks just on the top and bottom on the strip. Much easier to fill tiny tiny holes than to re-paint the whole strip area before I move out. Also, the two strips are not separate, but they also are. There’s one plug that goes into the wall, and attached to that wire is a box that you plug BOTH strips into separately. Basically, one goes one way and one goes the other. It’s NOT possible to put one strip in one room and one in another, like I had hoped. However, my bedroom is not enormous or anything so one strip perfectly covered 2 of my bedrooms. One at my parent’s has them because I noticed it was ripping the paint off on removal, so for my apartment I used the tacks. The frequency of my TV remote messes with the color and changes it. Not every button, just a couple (the up arrow, but not the down arrow. The “ok” button, but not the back button etc.). And my last tv remote did the same but different buttons were the trigger for different colors. Weird. But again, for the price, I’ll deal with it just fine. Just change the color back. One last tiny inconvenience - orange is the one I use most and when you dim it all the way down, it turns to just plain red. Ultimately it’s a fine product. Not extraordinary but not horrible. If you know the cons (mostly the adhesive pulling off paint), and can deal with that (like using tacks instead), I’d recommend it.
