I have gone through its ingredients. The pack itself gives conflicting information about the type and amount of CoQ10. It says 300 mg of CoQ 10 somewhere and 200 mg of CoQ10 somewhere. It doesn't contain Ubiquinol ( better form of CoQ10) but contains ubiquinone . So with 200 mg of CoQ10 it is costlier to several supplements available. Ingredients list is though impressive 👌

After three months of use, my cholesterol level is down, and I do not feel tired all day. This will work wonderfully if you have a targeted approach toward cutting cholesterol and tiredness. Don’t bother about sarcastic feedbacks (there are people who find technical flows in every issue).

The Ingredients section of the product label clearly states that the product is Ubedecarenone but the product listing on Amazon still maliciously mis-states the product to be Ubiquinol 200mg.

I've tried different brands that do not work. This one does. The only other I've found that works as well is over double the price so very happy with this product. Ubiquinol is involved in the ATP process which creates energy for your body. After suffering migraines and upon a neurologist's advice, I added this to my supplementation. I didn't see a reduction in headaches, but for sure my energy improved. I feel the energy levels in my body changing back to how I felt when I was younger. It's not a placebo effect either, because my blood pressure has gone tremendously as well as my anxiety.

Though the pill is somewhat large it is easily swallowed. I trust my doctor who recommend this. It is not full of fillers and is sugar-free. The quality is great! Seems to be helping. I went to order a 2nd bottle and it's unavailable now. Seems to happen a lot when I find a supplement that works well. Why hasn't Amazon restocked this product? It's really effective. Intake of CoQ10 can be a tricky procedure as it comes in several constituent forms. This CoQ10 is the more bioavailable "Ubiquinol" version that you want. I have noticed better energy levels when waking up, so that's got to count for something. Cholesterol is low and heart is working good
