Apart from it's usefulness, I bought this to cover a circular mark left by a previous holder. Excellent adhesion. I didn't try the suction because the dashboard surface is not smooth. it is easy to put my phone in and take it out and holds it securely. It's easily adjustable and sits at a good angle for visibility but is inobtrusive.It's a good product, well made, and really useful in a very old vehicle without built in navigation system.

i drive a van with no flat surfaces so i had to stick this to windscreen to hold my phone as it kept slipping from the ashtray i have been using it everyday for weeks and it has not moved its still stuck and the workings are fine i could manoeuvre it if i needed to but it staying where it is great product and cheap price too would i recommend this i already have and others are using the same item now

Easy to set up stable

Having bought and returned two flimsy lumps of plastic I found this Amazon product which has three options for dashboard, air-vent and wind-screen, and all the parts are sturdy and some are metal. The dashboard sticky pad did not take but maybe because of no flat surface, but the wind-screen suction is very very good, in fact it may pull the windscreen out if/when I try to take it off. Seriously though a well made product and superb value for money.

I purchased one of these a year ago for my daughter and have now purchased another for myself.My dashboard has a textured surface so most of the suction fit ones don’t work, however this little beauty has a unique “tacky” gel type surface on the suction pad which, when used in combination with the suction lever creates a very strong bond with the surface it is mounted to. My daughter’s has been on her windscreen for the full time she has had it and it is still strongly attached; I’m hoping mine will be as strong as hers.There are various ways to angle it using the extendable arm and rotation options; I wanted mine central on the dashboard but not high up so as not to affect vision. This was perfectly achieved. Everything was tightened up and it feels very stable.It perfectly fits my phone (iPhone 12 mini) but would also suit larger phones.I love the release buttons which slowly allow the sides of the phone holder to expand to release the phone; my last phone holder used spring loaded sides which were very stiff to release.Very happy with purchase for a bargain price.

Good quality and easy to adjust doesn't feel like it's going to move or slip on my dash, would recommend to anyone needing one

The item is certainly sturdy and looks like it will last, but the sticky pad is not very good and it does fall off now and again. Maybe I should have spent a bit more money!
