Im torn because they were working, shedding stopped, hair softened amd felt stronger but had metal taste in my mouth, stomach issues and my skin started to yellow. I looked at ingredients and it states Copper. Be careful if you have liver issues because Copper can be toxic. If you have a healthy liver i would definitely take them because i was truly seeing improvement. I sadly had to stop
