Perfect they look exactly like the picture! They are very flowy made of silk, nice and light weight! Good quality. As with all of my hand veils I like to coat the wooden handles with two coats of clear nail polish lacquer. This prevents getting splinters it works really well. I learned the hard way the first time I bought a pair and ended up with splinters all over lol but covering them in clear polish, solves that problem lol

I have purchased a few sets from this seller over the years, and have recommended them to my dance students. They are fair price, so easy for students to buy without a huge investment. I love that these fan veils come in multiple length options and the colors are amazing. The quality of the silk is fine, it’s a very light/fine silk. So it has nice loft, but I don’t see them lasting for many years of constant practice and performance. My biggest issue is a recent quality concern over the stave construction. The last two sets I purchased were in rough shape. The staves have lots of splinters. One set even came cracked through. The seller has always been good about sending replacements, but it has taken a few returns to get a pair that is somewhat workable. I still needed to spend a lot of time sanding down what I could reach and I still get splinters in my hands. I hope this quality issue will get resolved in the near future so I can start recommending them again.

These are not real silk as advertised they are cheap polyester, not even hemmed just poorly cut. Will be returning.
