The shaft was too tighter. though i ordered a size larger than I normally wear. I returned the item.

I purchased these boots for my 13 year d daughter on 12/15 as a Christmas present. She opened them on Christmas Day 10 days after the purchase. Today is 2/2. The window of return expired on 1/31. I just missed it- She has had the boots in her possession for just a little over a month. In that month one of the heels has broken off and the boot covering material is peeling back where it meets the sole. London fog usually has quality items which is I why I made the purchase. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this item and will certainly think twice about buying a London fog product. I have included a picture - please excuse the mud as we have had bad weather recently and apparently she unsuccessfully tried to glue to boots back together tonight when I told her we missed the return window

These boots fit as described and are very comfortable even when worn all day.

I was skeptical of these boots because of how low the price is, but I am SO glad I took a chance on them. I wear these boots more than any other boot I have right now and they are so comfortable. They fit my calf like a glove (I've been told I have slightly big calves for my body, but overall my legs are fairly skinny), and I can wear them all day. I get compliments on them every time I wear them.
