I have never owned a pair of espadrilles but have long pined for a pair. Recently picked up a pair of these not really knowing what to expect. I just needed a pair of black summer flats that were stylish but comfortable that I could wear to my slightly-less-than-business-casual office and these completely hit the mark. They feel like I’m wearing slippers to work! When I get home, usually the first thing I do is kick off my shoes, but not with these. On it off, it’s all the same to me in these! I was concerned with arch support since I’m picky about that (my best arch support has been my Danskos), but these somehow don’t bother my feet even though there is no apparent additional support in them. I love how they “breathe” and yet my feet don’t get too cold (I’m usually clamoring for socks but I don’t need to with these). I’ve worn them now for about a month and I feel like they’ve maybe stretched out a little bit but not to the point they’re falling off my feet as others have reported. I am a 9, I bought my true size and they fit (and still do). I am extremely happy with this purchase and someday when I need another pair (I got the black with brown stitching—a beautiful combo), I will return to this brand straight away. I love the quality, the fit, the feel, the look... everything about them I love! I’m actually kind of obsessed with them and have raced to all my friends and coworkers about them.

I really like these. They are comfortable and cute and better looking than most. Love a slip on shoe when nails need work and these are now my go to. Maybe a tad loose on the heelwidth is good for medium wide foot, not for narrow.

Beautiful very well made. Quality definitely there. Usually I’m an 7-7.5 depending on the shoe. Unfortunately I took Amazon recommended size for me - 7 (38). This would have been okay except my right foot very slightly bigger than left foot. Mostly this doesn’t cause me problems but in this shoe, the length of the toe box seems to run smaller, so just too small in length for right foot. So, exchanging for a size 39, (8) - hopefully this will solve the problem and my left foot be able to deal with the slightly larger one. Otherwise really nice espadrille!

The espadrilles Viscata are wonderful. 100% quality and style. They are made in Spain, by hand, price is worthy compared to other similar brands. They are so stylish, people ask me where I bought them. Very comfortable to walk... I used to buy another brand (Soludos), also made in Spain in the beginning, but Soludos started being made in China and the quality worsen significantly even though their price remained the same. Then I changed to Viscata and I am so happy I made this decision. Viscata shoes are wonderful.

These shoes are poorly stitched. The canvas top part is not sewn well to the bottom part of the shoe. The tan stitching at the toe is off-center on the left one. They barely look like a pair and do not look as nice as the ones in the picture online. They are roomy but not too long. A simple Dr. Scholl's insole would remedy the roominess. I don't know if I just happened to get a defective pair; I haven't ordered shoes from Viscata before. If those things were fixed they'd be a nice pair of shoes. I plan on returning them and asking for another pair, in hopes the workmanship will be better on a new pair.

These are a pretty tomato red and fit comfortably just out of the box. I have a temperamental back tendon that needs extra padding in most shoes. The toe box holds the shoe on and i dont need padding on the heel for these because they fit without flopping. Although, if they stretch, i can easily attach a stick-on heel back pad. Very pleased with these shoes!

I love the look of these espadrille flats; but I must say the fabric gave in and ripped right above my toe nail area (my nails are not even long!) I've only have them for about 3 months now and don't wear them that often either. I was hoping these flats will last longer given the price they cost.
