These are not safe for food or beverages. I asked for a refund? They are wrapped well, do appear to be handmade but not sure how you could use them safely?

Due to being handmade, each is unique in shade and shape; not “perfect” as if they were mass produced in a factory. I love the uniqueness and authenticity. They definitely should be used gently as one would expect with clay. Follow the directions and use ice water to soak in and cool the clay before use. All in all a great little find and makes me feel like I’m back in Jalisco.

While the glasses are cute. They are NOT for drinking unless you want to place yourself and others in Danger. Each glass has a label: "State of California Prop 65 WARNING. This product contains DEHP, a phithalate chemical, lead, and other chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm." In addition, two of the glasses were broken and I cannot get any refund or replacements!

Was not at all impressed with these. I thought it would be glazed on the inside for drinks. The entire jar inside and out is just raw terracotta. Some are discolored and they're not all a standard size, the sizes vary. Don't waste your money.
