My PC recommended alpha lipoic acid 600 mg 1x day. I have neuropathy. I have been taking this ALA approximately 3 years. I forgot to bring it on a trip, I really felt the effects, 2 weeks without out it, lesson learned! It’s not a cure! However, it makes life so much easier. Highly recommend!!!

Make sure you take these with food! I get acid reflux from them if I don't eat.

While this didn’t eliminate neuropathy in my feet, it did eliminate the sharp pain and make it more manageable.

I think they are helping, BUT they have a very strong smell to them. I'm not sure if they are causing indigestion, but I do know that I can still taste them for about 3 hours after taking them. Maybe TMI, but they also make my urine smell like I've been eating asparagus... Doctor said I need to take them for two-three years to help with CRPS issue. These are affordable, so I may have to stick with them.
