I use this file organizer for all of my business receipts. It is the exact shade of pink shown in the picture, which is great for my eyes to see easily. It comes with plenty of pockets and is very easy to close/ fold. This file organizer is worth the money for the space and organization that you get. No assembly required, other than putting in the month tabs yourself. The quality is plastic, which I prefer for foldable organizers. Overall, it was a great business purchase that will hopefully last for years.

I wanted to organize and declutter the stacks of paper that were collecting on my desk after the death of my husband. So much legal stuff, new Medicare info since I now needed to be on SSA and Medicare, and also the insurance papers, medical bills, and so on. Now they are neatly organized and easy to access. This is not the permanent home for most of the documents; they will end up in my fireproof filing cabinet, but that is in the basement, and my desk is not. This was the perfect solution, and it can be repurposed in the future if my needs change for temporary document storage.

Quality good,it is file size, easy to assemble great value! However the pockets aren’t deep enough or dividing when you put in a 8x11 paper the pre-written monthly tabs are hidden , except for “ JAN”! I will fix buy taping them higher outside the tab insert! Just a little troublesome

Great accordion style folder. The labels were a little short for me. Easy to use and it stands up as long as you stretch it out first. It can hold a LOT of paper.

Really good organizer,lots of space,good price compared to others ,the snap closure is super easy to undue when needed and secure so it doesnt just pop open on you.

Great for keeping monthly records and keeping them for permanent storage.

I have used this for the entire 2025 year to keep receipts from each month and it has made it so easy to organize. I will be using another for 2026. No issues.
