I have received a response. This company is going to replace the defective camera with a new camera. I am so pleased with this company.

This camera works fine. Uses it for a zoom conference meeting. Displayed on a 98” TV. The picture quality is good. There is an issue with the mic and speakers. The can conflict with the computer. I have an apple and had to make sure my setting were correct. Once I set it to computer mic and speaker everything worked.

We purchased this camera for a conference room and initially, the video looked great but the speakers didn't work at all and just put out static. That wasn't a deal breaker because we had a table conference speaker/mic so we weren't using the speaker from this camera, but in the last two months, the video has been choppy (lost frames) and will occasionally freeze completely. This happens on different computers and on both Zoom and Teams. If the camera works it looks great, but this one doesn't last long. Update: The support team reached out and blew me away with their effort. They replaced the faulty webcam and I've been testing it and all of the issues are resolved. I couldn't be happier with this product - and more importantly - their support team. The video quality is great (way better than a logitech of comparable price) and now the sound is quite good for a conference webcam. It's still a bit limited for audio, but works great for us.

Bought in May for our small conference room. Once the conference room was ready a month or so later we installed the webcam and tested it. Everything seemed to work properly. We started using the webcam a few weeks afterward and its never worked properly with Teams. The camera cuts in and out. Sometimes an hour in the meeting sometimes 5 minutes in the meeting. The mic worked the first time and never afterwards. We got our IT department to work on it here and there when we needed it but it never seemed to work. because we tried doing everything we could to make it work, we are now pass the time to return or refund. I wouldnt recommend using if you plan to work on teams. The service team contancted me to help replace/refund the product.

Added the webcam to replace an older existing one, and the camera quality was outstanding, event he video when it wanted to work. It would cut in and out when using teams, thennot come back on at all and caused teams locks to the point of having to force close. I was very disappointed with this as this was its primary use.

I had issues with the camera, but didn't realize until after the return window had closed. The seller contacted me to try and help solve the tech issue I was having. The solution didn't work, however, they offered me a full refund, which I did not expect. Their customer service is pretty awesoem!

Update: the company quickly sent me a replacement and it is working great! Our webcam works one day and then doesn't work the next. We are connecting it to our vibe board and it is disrupting to the training class when we constantly have issues. The manual is not much help and the troubleshooting says to turn on the webcam but there is not a power button. I would like someone to contact me about this o replace it.

I tested this on both my MacBook Pro and on my PC running Windows 11. It is plug and play on both and works with all the software that I tested it with. The camera feels substantial and can be mounted on a tripod or set on a flat surface. It has a USB A connector and comes with a USB A to USB C adapter. The video was comparable to my MacBook Pro’s video with good contrast. It’s AI isn’t anywhere near as good at framing as the MacBook’s camera is. Sound is mediocre but passible. The mics work well for picking up a group. In a conference room setting, it would work ok. Given the cost of this camera, I expected better. There are a number of cheaper alternatives that have better video and sound quality. Overall, I’d give this one a pass unless it is discounted quite a bit.

Easy to setup, connection is good, speaker is much better than expected. Exactly what I needed for my conference room setup.

Cuenta con sensor CMOS 1/2'7" a 30 fps, muy enfocado en videoconferencia. Además, permite montarse en trípode, en el techo, etc. En cuanto al micrófono, me ha gustado mucho la interfaz que tiene, los botones son muy claros y te permiten modificar el volumen, mutear el micro, etc., con una simple pulsación. La calidad de audio, tanto reproducción como grabación, es muy buena la verdad. This is the second review for this item, and I have raised my star from one to 5. After posting my first review, the company contacted me directly and then sent me a replacement. They believed that the first unit was faulty, and I think this has been proven to be true. The replacement camera is first class and the AI zoom works really well in meetings. Overall I am very pleased and well done to the company for great customer service. I find it strange that the reviews I read before purchasing this camera seem to be of a differnt model. Mine is the one in my attached photo, and the model is as per the description shown above. Overall my epxerience has not been great. I tested the camera and speaker setup before a hybrid meeting, and for the short period I used it, everything seemed to be fine. Setup and connection had been easy, and the quality was fine. Once I used it for a hybrid Google Meet Conference, things were far from great. Setup, connection and first use seemd to be OK, but once people connected to the meeting, although they could hear us, we couldn't work out what they were saying, every word was distorted by crackling. I eventually isolated the microphone and speaker through another setup, and just used the wide angle lens. That worked fine, until about 2 minutes into the call, the camera went into standby mode, (green LED), and would not wake up by using the remote control. In the end I had to disconnect the USB cable and reinsert, but this was far from practical. At one point in the call, one of the online speakers told me that the image was frozen. It was happening so often we abandoned the camera and used sound only. I later tried it on another laptop using MIcrosoft TEAMS and it was exactly the same. One star from me and back to the drawing board to find something else.
