Not only does it help me to burn fat, but it curbs my appetite. Unfortunateldy, I ran out for a week and I put on some weight back. I re-ordered 4 days ago and 'm getting it tonight. I don't have any evidence that it's not working. Last I went and got checked out some of my fibroids had decreased in size. I am taking other herbal medications for this purpose so I am not sure of Maitake's exact impact but I'm going to guess it's helping.
