These were good for both filling with helium and just blowing up. The images looked nice and the colors were vibrant!

Used these for a birthday and they were great. Plenty of balloons in the bag with cool designs. Blew them up ourselves and they were big! They also lasted over a month without shrinking!

Great deal for your money
Although this is a great steal! The stick to hold the balloon in place kept detaching making it hard to move to adjust balloons. I'm sure you can add tape & try again but I appreciated the convenience & price of the product.
