Absolutely amazing! I am pregnant with my 4th and this is the first pregnancy I am actually sleeping! I not only fall asleep quicker, I also am able to fall back asleep easier in the middle of the night after the many bathroom visits. I tell everyone I can about the benefit of these. They leave no sleepy hangover the next day and are nothing but perfect. Side note- this has also completely eliminated any muscle cramps like Charlie horses in the middle of the night. I have had zero this pregnancy!! Can’t say enough- there are only benefits to this and zero risk. Try it for a while- it doesn’t happen quickly so be patient but after a few weeks you will notice the differences!

First time trying magnesium glycinate and I wish I would have started taking this a lot sooner. I’m 27 and have always struggled with anxiety. I prefer not to take any meds for it and just manage it in different ways but this has really helped with it. Especially when I am on my time of the month I get extra anxious and it’s helped tremendously. I do take 2 normally at night to help w sleep but on my period I’ll take 3 and I noticed I’m a lot more calm, can focus better too. They also do help with muscle soreness after the gym my body doesn’t hurt as much from lifting I noticed. I will say one downside is I have had a few bad nightmares. It was super vivid and I woke up in a panic. I read more about it and I gathered that it could be due to REM sleep. Which I don’t think I’ve been getting much of, so yes I am getting better sleep but have had some bad dreams. I just lowered the dose so instead of taking 2-3 a night I just took 1 and didn’t have any issues. The pills are a little bit big but nothing that bad. It def does work for me I notice I sleep better.

Ever since I bought these, I haven’t had trouble sleeping. I only take 2 before bed and I knock out and sleep like a baby. Great product!
