So I take this in warm water and lets just say WOW!! the Flavor is something to get use to (FISHY !!!! ) how ever the results are everything. If it taste bad then it must be good for you. That's what They Say.

Unfortunately, product doesn't completely dissolve in my tea.

I received this product after learning about it from some friends. I'm always looking for something natural to help me as I am getting older. At first I was confused because the instructions said use 2 scoops, but I didn't know what size the scoop should be. After contacting my friend, she told me there is a scoop in there (I couldn't see it when I looked in the bag) Sure enough, there is a tiny little scoop in there so now I do my 2 scoops a day in my coffee. No taste in my coffee, and I do believe I am feeling a bit more energy. I would suggest to the company that somewhere on the packaging they say "scoop included". Save a person from going to the internet and trying to convert 225 mg (suggested use as supplement) to teaspoons like I was trying to do.
