Batterie qui tient bien, performance au top !

I purchased this battery to go with my electric snow blower of the same brand. Upon charging it with the snow blower provided charging dock, the battery was not being recognized by the charger. I pressed the button to display if there was any power to which only 1 LED would light up. Then tried on the charger again without success. I would say not worth to order as you might run into the same issue. Luckily I was able to test it and due to it being DOA, I requested a refund. I'm not sure if I got a dud but the battery appeared new. It is definitely a first for me!

good price but hard to fit in the charger especially when you take it out of the charger

I've been using Greenworks battery powered lawn mowers for 15 years, and I am quite satisfied with them. But the batteries are another story... I find these batteries to be very expensive, and the performance varies widely from one individual battery to the next. Some work fine, some work well for a few months and then die, and others won't even take an initial charge. I have had to return 2 or 3 batteries over the years because they malfunctioned within the return window, and a couple of batteries simply gave up the ghost once the return window had closed, meaning that I had simply had to take the loss. I will continue to use these batteries because I really have no choice if I am going to continue to use my Greenworks mowers - and to be fair, some batteries do work as expected - but I can't help but feel that Greenworks is failing their customers by not providing more reliable batteries.
