Has lasted well. Used on a daily basis for muscle aches and pain. A good sizes for great coverage. With the quilting you don't loose all the beads to one end it's evenly spread across the pack. Definitely buying again.

Recovering from a rotate cuff injury. Quality of the item is very good. Heats up well but just feels a little heavy on the shoulder.

Total rubbish. Doesn’t not hold heat for longer than a few mins. Doesn’t heat up adequately. Quite the worst heat pad I have ever owned. I tried to return but the product is apparently not eligible for return. And I bought two!!! Over £30 down the drain! Seriously - do not waste your money.

The item was good and handy for cramps and muscle aches. However, I recently had surgery and was having bad cramps post surgery so I was relying on this heat pack to help with pain. My partner went to heat it up the same way we always have and at 1min in microwave it started smoking she opened it and the pad was on fire. Luckily she pulled it out and put the fire out but could have been a worse outcome. Just watch out for that with this product! Contacted the company and they would not do much as I had purchased it over 1 year ago…..

Heat pad worked as advertised. It took about 1.5 minutes in the microwave to get it toasty hot. There does seem to be some moist heat coming from inside. I used it over my shoulder for a rotator cuff issue. It is large enough to stay in place - good soothing effect. It stayed hot for 10-15 minutes - good thermal mass. Easy to reheat again once it is warm.

Just amazing, so far i only heated it, still didnt use it as cold, amazing

Quality and price of product is good. Two minutes in microwave provided a good level of heat which lasted about 15 to 20 minutes. Towards the end of the time, the pad could be placed directly on skin as material was pleasing to the touch.
