Good gluten free cracker alternative
These are delicious, have great crunch and are gluten free! I just wish they were easy to get without having to get a pack of 6! I shared with my family and they were given good reviews by all. They are a good sturdy cracker with a mild flavor that doesn't compete with toppings. (plain ones, they may have flavored ones?) Recommend! OH, and my Yuka app gives them a 100/100, no additives, healthy, organic.

Delicious crackers!
These buckwheat crochets are delicious. Th’ey’re slightly sweet, and can satisfy a sugar craving in a pinch. I try to keep them on hand. They do have a bit of salt in them too, which enhances the flavor. I’m a repeat customer and highly recommended them.

perfect cracker or crispbread, whatever your munchie needs
I used to really like orgran crispbreads (quinoa, buckwheat, and fiber varieties), but was always disappointed that they were not organic or non-gmo certified--just gluten-free. I had been eyeing these for a while, but they are so very expensive, in contrast, that I just could not justify it. I did finally try them when they were available for 4.99 as add-ons (still expensive, btw), and now I can't imagine a better crispbread or cracker. where the orgran are stiffly crunchy and mealy, these pain des fleurs are light and delicately crisp, something like the way that cheese puffs are. I can't think of anything else to compare them to. they are airy and just fantastic. perfect, I think, for anyone at all, from gummy tots to gummy grandmas, and every sensitive palate in between. organic, gluten-free, and non-gmo--you've got all your dietary concerns met in this one cracker. I love the chestnut with chocolate hazelnut spread, and the quinoa with tuna. the only thing that would make these better would be a better price--specially in bulk. nothing would hold me back from keeping well-stocked in these if they were more reasonable. if you spot any of these as add-ons, bulk up. you won't be sorry.

Very good, always in my cupboard
The chestnut is my favorite flavor. I really enjoy these as quick food. It's delightful as part of a meal on the go, or a delicious snack. Pairs well with sweet or savory toppings, and is good on its own. I have to eat a very restrictive diet because of allergies, so this is a wonderful thing to have handy.

An excellent substitute for a bread (wheat) free eating plan
My nutritionist recommended these buckwheat crackers as part of a new eating regimen for someone who is not supposed to eat wheat. At first it seemed dry and tasteless, but I have come to ENJOY them and use them all day to replace bread. I use them with peanut butter for breakfast, with cheese and/or sliced deli turkey for lunch, and even with lox and cream cheese any time. I find myself using a box every week. For better or for worse, I've lost a pound weekly since I stopped eating bread (plus cookies, cakes, and other wheat products--noodles.)

Tasty & Crispy
Yummy with hummus, guacamole, or cheese. Quinoa version has very mild taste and takes on flavor of topping. I first purchased at Whole Foods in OR. I am glad to see it's available on amazon. One potential big negative with ordering from amazon, is some can be damaged in transit, depending on how well packed.

Not perfect
Excellent product, appreciated, but the overall packaging for 6 boxes is very weak and 2 of 6 boxes were damaged, mainly biscuits inside!

These are simply the best crackers ever! I am gluten intolerant, so to find these, with their amazing taste, crunchiness, and texture, I was in heaven. They are a treat on their own, with butter, cheese, peanut butter, salad, avocado, yep, you got it, everything! (It is clear looking at other reviews, this is, as ever, very personal preference, as it is the texture and crunchiness that others dislike . . . ) My only bug bear, is that they have pretty much priced themselves off the "shelf" - yes, gluten free is pricier, but it is getting harder to pay this much.

By Ryvita's definition this would be crackerbread, and to the casual consumer it will initially appear identical in look and texture and in the same ballpark when it comes to taste. But whereas Ryvita's crackerbread boasts of melting in the mouth like a big, flat, flavourless Quaver, this brand is more slimline and crispy without being too hard, resulting in a subtly improved noshing experience. Basically, take Ryvita's crackerbread and crispbread, combine the best aspects of the two with a slight bias towards former and this is more or less what you get. On its own the flavour is predictably bland but it magically bursts into life with even a bit of marge. Spread some Philadelphia over it and it's time to to get addicted. While the brand name is a tad too long, its "the bread of flowers" tag and the image of the natural countryside on the packaging are somehow reflected in the product itself. There is a kind of organic, flowery vibe to the flavour without actually tasting like flowers because that would be absolutely revolting. Even if you're not looking to diet, it remains an enjoyable alternative to bread. I am genuinely impressed that it gave me more to write than "meh, it's crackerbread" and won't rate it based on the price currently displayed on this page because, having done some research, it's ludicrously above that of the RRP.

To be honest I wasn't looking forward to trying these crispbreads , and they sat on my cabinet for 3 weeks .although I knew they were healthy, low calories and suitable for gluten , egg, diary free diets(which I have) they weren't tempting me.. However they are surprisingly nice and exceptionally suprising I took them to work and my normal fussy, junk food addict colleagues all really liked them in their own ! . They have a nutty taste , the texture is very light and crumbly. The nutty taste is good and must come from the supper healthy quinoa . Most people avoid quinoa but its a fantastic versatile food and great for health & weight loss & body building . So I was very interested in how it would taste in a crispbread. I really like these , they are very dry on their own and far more lighter than my usually rice cakes but are great with a nice spread or dip. They are also surprisingly filling with a spread and I could only manage about 4 as a snack. My only problem is the pack is split into two packets of 15 which are a bit much for one person , would prefer smaller packs of 4 to keep them fresh and for lunch boxes or taking in my bag for when I'm out . These are made of rice and quinoa flour , provide about 16kcal per crispbread and 9,6g of protein per 100g . To be honest ypu probably won't look twice at these unless you are used to eating healthy food , but everyone I have gave them to has really liked them on their own .Nice alternative to rice cakes , oat cakes and if they make smaller packs I will definately buy regularly

It’s tasty with salted coconut oil melted over them, but I’m not sure if it adds to the belly fat or not.
