I’m very particular about my supplements. What works well for me because I am hypersensitive. The taste is great maybe a little sugary for some people but it does the trick that I need when you take magnesium citrate you need to get the right amount so there’s a little bit of experimentation in the beginning. 200 works great for me sometimes just 150 is better so I simply bite it in half and determine what I need but I gotta say this makes my body feel great, takes the stress away, helps my joints and my pain and basically just feels great the next day no hangover, but I am a little too calm sometimes now.

my favorite supplements EVER! i'm addicted to these as if they were candy lol honestly most of nature's truth gummies taste so good! best tasting supplements for sure! as an ADHD girly who also tries to be healthy and struggles with taking vitamins consistently - i find i get a dopamine/reward hit from the sweet taste which makes me want to continue taking them daily!

Good but not great as a sleep aid

they taste ok. pretty sweet. i don't take 3 a day. that's one serving. if i do, i will probably have to find a bathroom quickly at some point.

I’ve been taking the popular brand of these. I decided to give these a try and first of all they’re so good. They also work really well. I’m sleeping just as good as when I was taking the other brand. Changed my rating bc the last 1/3 of the bottle started really getting stuck together. I was having to use a butter knife to get them out. And it’s winter so heat isn’t a factor.

These are an excellent way to get some magnesium into your body. Taste great, too!
