Only soap I use
I have read a lot of people complaining about the package being damaged on delivery. That does suck for them, but mine came fine. And I'm sure Amazon will reimburse you anyway for the damages. One bottle cap was bent a little in my package and opened, but all the bottles have seals on them anyway. Maybe before you buy this product just remember it is coming from a green company being environmentally friendly and not using a zillion layers of unneeded plastic wrap for shipping. I would rather get a busted bottle than a ton of plastic. I'm glad that it doesn't ship with plastic wrap or other seals because we dont need that excess. The soap is amazing, it is all that I'll use. The smell is lovely, it DOESN'T smell like the rest of the fake chemical smelling kinds out there. I am very sensitive to the strong cleaning chemical smells so I can never have them in the house. It works great. Doesn't dry out your hands, if you're worried about that. It washes clean from the dishes without residue. I mean what more can I say, it does all that a dish soap should do!! So you should buy it cause its good stuff! And it suds up too.

The soap is very effective.
I use just this product to wash dishes in the kitchen sink. However, I have only one major complaint, not about the product, not about the actual delivery to my door. but about the packaging of the product itself. The six bottles are in a box which is itself placed inside another larger box for shipping. The inner box was smeared with soap when I opened it as were the bottles. Each bottle has a hinged plastic lid which works fine and snaps shut. However, either during the packing of the bottles and/or during actual shipment, three of the lids had unsnapped and popped open splashing soap around the inside of the box and onto all six bottles. Only one bottle had noticeably lost any soap. The soap level in that bottle was down about an inch. I can live with that. But I had to wash the soap off all six bottles to put them away. I now have six very clean bottles, but it was a nuisance and annoying. This is the first time I have had any soap splash out of a bottle during shipment, though once before a bottle had popped open, but no spillage had taken place. In summary, the soap is a great product for a very good price, but the packaging is poorly done. I wish there were an inner seal over each bottle opening along with the bottle cap. This is done on many products. If this happens again I will look for another source, though I love Amazon's ordering system, its delivery system, the product, and its price.

Fantastic product!!
I was skeptical about buying a whopping 6 bottles in my subscribe and save but after reading the reviews I decided to take the plunge and I'm glad I did. This dish liquid (not detergent!!) has a nice lather, a nice scent, and it WORKS! We recently bought a set of Tri-ply pots and pans and since we're new to cooking with them, we (I) tend to burn things more often, or at least have things stick to the pan. I thought that this liquid would not be able to stand up to the mess I make nightly, but to my amazement it worked, better than the grocery store DETERGENTS!! It's easy on your hands, and leaves a nice, soft lingering scent. I gave a bottle away as I think this one bottle will last several months. It doesn't take much at all to get a load of pots and pans washed up. Do know that the bubbles may dissipate after the first pan/glass/plate but this stuff is STILL working. It doesn't need a ton of bubbles to get the job done. All round A+ ! I'll definitely buy again, probably in a year or so when I finally use up all the bottles!

The six pack of bottles can easily last you a year
Not gonna lie, six bottles of this stuff is overkill. Since February of 2014, I have only gone through ten bottles out of twelve. I'm still working my way through this slowly, but it does so well at cleaning dishes that I'm not able to get through this. The six pack of bottles can easily last you a year, as it has me. This stuff is probably the best dish liquid I have ever used, as it is effective, and it is not as harmful to the environment once it goes down the drain. I use lots of Seventh Generation products when the price is right, however the dish liquid is something I will always purchase from them. Not even Dial or those other brands can compare, and the smell is nice as well. Lemongrass and citrus is a light and refreshing smell and helps me relax while I'm pounding through stacks of dirty pots and pans.

Great product, poor packaging
I’ve used this dish soap for months and have been impressed with its scent and performance. Dishes always come out sparkling clean and the citrus scent is mild. I don’t normally like citrus scents, but I like this one! The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was packaging. When I opened the box I found 2 bottles have spilled causing me to loose about a half a bottles’ worth in total. In the past the bottles have had a seal to prevent this, but I guess they skipped that step.

Effective and has a great scent
I was skeptical because I figured good for the environment meant it might not lather good enough to clean my dishes note I grew up on Palmolive which I've always wanted to get away from because they supported apartheid in Africa but their liquid soap in my opinion was the best on the market until now. I officially have a new brand. Good for the environment and in my opinion way better than Palmolive and reasonably priced.

Arrived with caps of 3 bottles broken.and two of which came off. But the internal seal is still intact. It's good.

First, its a good product. I love it to make it clear. BUT, in six month this product jumped 6$ for no reason, its the same recipe. Seventh Generation went to second phase, after market introduction there come artificial price raise for profit. Not that i condemn the move, but in the end its only a simple dish cleaning liquid with a bio stamp. Really not worth the price asked and since i noticed the market plan for this product, i'm dropping it. Its my customer way of saying, make some money bu tdon't try to milk me.

I love seventh generation products. I use these products because they are septic tank safe and good for the earth. This dishwashing liquid is mildly scented and suds up better than other eco friendly soaps I have tried.
