It's a lovely bag, but I've only had it since December 2023. I started using it in February, and I've used it once a month since. The plastic feet have broken off, which form part of the bag platform holding the bag. Now, the bag tips over. Tried to contact someone to report, but no support from Amazon or Trunab Costs over £100.00 Update on this product : Great customer service. I accidentally came across Amazon's automated help section, where you type your comments and send the message to the company. Wow, I received a great response and a new trolley and bag. Thank you; I love this bag and trolley.

My old equipment bag was getting a bit worn and also quite heavy from the amount of stuff in it... so I thought, why "carry" when you can "roll". The pulling handle is a bit short for me (I'm just over 6 feet), and I do have concerns if it will "last", as looking at other reviews here, there seems to be an issue with the build quality... but so far, so good for me.

Broke after 3 uses. Very unhappy & no return available. Very pricey.

Great bag, with tones of storage room. However I’m 5”8 and the handles are incredibly short making it a pain to carry the bag around because of the one of the stand supports broke off as it kept scratching on the floor. I’ve only had it for 3 weeks. If not for that the bag would be perfect.

Loved this - but only after using it 2 x week since September 2022 the leg/stand has broken off- please can the seller contact me to replace? Thanks

This item came apart at the seams, I tried to return this was impossible and I tried to contact Amazon to complain and arrange this was also impossible. Waste of money.

Brought this item on the 19 th February delivery the 20th February . Started ripping the 18th march needed the bag for work . Sending it back after one month.
