Big Ass Brick of Soap, Productivity, Cool Mint, 10-oz. 03WHITE1

My husband loves the soaps from this company. Great smell and cleans good!

Some relevant notes before I begin: 1) I apply my soap to a wash cloth or loofah, so the bar wasn't exposed to running water for extended periods of time. 2) I shower daily, sometimes multiple times a day; this soap saw a lot of use. Pros: I bought this soap on April 15th, and it was delivered on the 19th; I am ordering its replacement today. It lasted almost two months, which is great. The price per use is the most efficient I have seen without getting a ton of garbage in your soap. It has a pleasant peppermint scent, which has lasted throughout the life of the bar. Lathers up well, doesn't leave a residue on my skin. Cons: Didn't really do anything for my skin. The soap doesn't moisturize (don't think it claims to) and I did not notice any exfoliating action, even when I rubbed the bar directly on my skin. It really is just soap. Despite careful handling, the bar wore through in the middle, leaving me with two smaller chunks. A minor inconvenience, which I believe comes from how over sized it is. I feel foolish leaving an in-depth review for a bar soap, but I've struggled to find a decent one that lasts more than two weeks. Overall, the soap meets most of my requirements at a great price point.

This is my favorite scent from Duke Cannon. Love the grit too!

Like any of Duke Cannon's Big Bricks of Soap it can be hard to hold on to because of the weight and awkwardness. Try not to drop it on your toe or your toe may break. If necessary, cut it in half. It doesn't smell bad and it does the job. It also has a cooling sensation which is interesting. I'm not sure if I like the feeling of having chilly balls though.
