I would recommend any end users to consult with physician prior to intake of this supplement. I had severe gastritis issues immediately post the first dose. I assumed the condition could have been due to other reasons and continued for 3 or 4 days. The medical condition only aggravated. I then stopped intake of this supplement and gradually I noticed medical condition return to normalcy. Not all medication/supplement are susceptible for all. There will always be side effects; however, it can be beneficial for a larger group of mankind. So my recommendation is to consult a physician prior to intake of this supplement.

I used it regularly but to no avail. It is not truly ayurvedic and has no real effect. Go for some other product, this doesn't do anything. And I hardly had any pain but it still didn't help. Wouldn't recommend if you have pain at all
