Yes, it is ok to use non-poe devises on this switch. Before the POE Switch supplies power to the connected device, it will check whether the device supports POE. When connecting non-POE devices, only data is transmitted, the non-POE devices need to be powered separately.

This is a gigabit SFP port, and all gigabit SFP modules can be compatible.
