This little bottle of paint is so nice!! It’s like a billion tiny gold particles just waiting to become something !! It dries very nice really gold in color no need for multiple coats coverage is great. Very shiny and super pigmented. Makes me want to paint everything gold. Worth the money. I’ll get a bigger bottle next order!

I used this paint for some brick books and I was surprised at how brilliant the color was over the dark green color! This photo is of just one (be it heavy) coat of the gold paint on top of the dark green.

Good quality paint. A good value for my art projects.

I have several brands of liquid acrylic gold paint. They all are very transparent and take several coats to get good gold coverage. Not so with Golden’s Iridescent Gold Deep (Fine). It flows beautifully off your brush and just two coats is sufficient even painted over a dark base. A third coat nearly rivals gold leaf papers but without the mess. This was my first time spending the money and trying this brand of gold paint. It definitely costs more but in my opinion, very well worth it. However, because Golden is predominantly my favorite Professional Artist Heavy Body paint, I felt rather sure it would be a good quality product and I wasn’t disappointed.

I bought this thinking it was as fluid as the other fluid acrylics in the line but it's a little thicker. Just thick enough to not feed very well unless you thin it out. Otherwise it covers great and looks fantastic. I love the Golden line of paints.

I purchased this gold metallic paint to coat the underside of a metal pendant light. I wanted it to look like gold leaf and this paint did the trick. I used a foam brush - no sanding or priming. Since this paint is acrylic it dries very quickly. I was able to apply 3 coats in a single day to get full coverage. It is translucent so several coats were needed. Using thin coats allowed me to maximize the paint and I had enough to finish the project with one ounce. No odor at all and the sheen is perfect. I highly recommend this for a real gold leaf look without the hassle and expense of real metal leaf!
