The sound quality even in the bass mode isn't good. It's just okay to have. Not Recommended!

Poor Sound Quality (Edited)
This reminds me of a set of earphones from the 1990’s in terms of sound quality…There’s zero base and the don’t go very loud at all.These aren’t build for listening to music, but works for calling though.Wireless connection and battery life is good, but that’s all.Edited:Forgot to mention, the ‘JLab Sound’ app is useless as it keeps coming up with an error message: “Please connect the device in Settings”, even though it’s already connected…

Received the box of the item, unsealed. Then when opened, none of the replacement eartips were present, the earbuds were placed in the wrong positions, charging case had scratches, indicating that the item most probably is second hand.
