This is one of the best books. It's very helpful. And easy to understand.

A very good quick-reference guide. Though it's not technically a test-prep book, it helped me when I was taking an exam on medical terminology while studying to get CCMA national certification. The info is uncluttered and well laid-out. This book is NOT comprehensive - it's a quick-reference guide. Because it's not comprehensive, it doesn't have every medical term; rather, it has the most common ones and the ones perhaps most likely to be on your exam. There is also a companion Workbook, sold separately. If you enjoy word games, puzzles and matching columns, you might find the Workbook useful. But it's not necessary; this book alone is very good, despite its limitations.

Good for quick reference

This was a pretty decent book. I already knew some medical terminology but looking through this book it wasn’t engaging to me. I have like adhd and can’t stay still too long before I would get up continuously for no reason at all. Lol. This item is sitting on a book shelf now. Kinda how woody from Toy Story was placed on the top shelf in Andy’s room. Lol
