Works good for fish hooks once you learn how to do it,well worth the money

these seem to work good on getting the hook out of tout when fishing with power bait. The hardest part for me is seeing how to get the line in the right place to get it to go down over the hook. Probably should put some reader glasses on. Over all I think it is worth buying .

I understand the basic principle but it may be a little difficult to work in the small mouths of some species. Looking forward to trying it will try to report more later.

Just received. I really like the metal construction. I have not used yet so this review might be premature. I have read reviews that the handle and stem separate. To me this is easily fixable. Not an issue to me. I would really love to see a saltwater remover made. It probably would have to be twice as long and definitely larger. Would help protect my fingers from the teeth of bluefish. If made, I would design it so there is an ability to hang on a saltwater belt or lanyard.

I ordered these for my husband who is a fishing enthusiast. He thought they were pretty neat. Haven't had a chance to try them out yet, but hoping we can soon.
