Bought this as part of a gift to go along with an espresso machine, was not disappointed. Very well made, sturdy, beautiful and heavy.

this fit perfect in my 51mm portafilter (casabrews cm5418). it looks much nicer in person than it did online honestly, I got the “red” color but it’s a nice neutral wood and has a great weight to it. definitely an upgrade in both feel and functionality from the plastic tamper I had before, this makes it much easier to get an even tamp. it came a little banged up in the box (even though Amazon box was intact), but the product itself was in perfect condition so no real complaints there. overall, this is great value for the price

Great piece at a great price. It’s solid and well made, and at 51mm is the perfect fit for the group handle on my SMEG retro coffee machine. The wooden handle looks nice, not cheap looking, and suits the aesthetic. The dual end grey plastic coffee scoop & tamper that comes with the SMEG machine isn’t strong enough and I’m always worried it’ll break & I’ll end up with plastic embedded in my palm!

The aesthetic stained wood handle, smooth and comfortable to apply pressure too, fits perfectly for my coffee machine, its durable and stands out from your standard plan metal and plastic scoop tempers, I have used these in both coffee shops and alongside my own coffee machine, to which this product never fails to satisfy my needs.
