However, I think it tastes good, I don't even mix it. I wake up, put a scoop on my mouth, take a drink of water, and within seconds, I'm UP! I've been taking this for quite a while now (I have to get up really early), and the thought of not having this, scares me to death. If you can will yourself to get out of bed and pour this in your mouth... getting up will not be a problem any longer.
