Cheap but poor quality - Patanjali Shilajit has far better purity and quality
I have used this along with multiple other brands like Dabur, Zandu, Kapiva, Patanjali. Out of all these, I found Patanjali and Zandu to be good. I personally got best results from Patanjali Shilajit and Shilajit gold capsules

I've got the same bottle, but it doesn't mention anything about memory, stamina, immune system, or anything that is mentioned here. INSTEAD, it explicitly describes how it helps in men's (private) health.
